Duskbook is a client portal and business management platform for creative freelancers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use Duskbook.
Duskbook is for legal business purposes only. You may not use it for illegal activity, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the platform, or send spam.
You own your data. Duskbook does not claim ownership of any content you create or upload. You can export all your data at any time from account settings. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days before deletion.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Duskbook charges a transaction fee on payments processed through the platform: 1% on Pro, 0.5% on Studio, 0.25% on Agency. Stripe's own processing fees also apply.
Contracts signed through Duskbook are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
The Duskbook platform, design, code, and branding are owned by Duskbook. You may not copy or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskbook is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the prior 3 months.
You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
